Ustawi Afrika Members training

Members training is undertaken at their home areas. Training is conducted from individual member farm on rotational basis. 

The aim is to equip our members with skills and knowledge in agriculture and other fields from within their backyard.

our agronomists also get a chance to guide individual members on the improvements they need to increase their productivity.

Ground training also helps us as an organization to consolidate members efforts within a specific region towards generating more produce and also to gain access to the opportunities like Veterinarian services, bulk sales and purchases.
